How Do You Want to Make People Feel?

Welcome to Monday Momentum - Your weekly dose of inspiration designed to kickstart your week with energy, motivation, and focus

A Quote I Like:

"People won't remember what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel"

Lately, I’ve realized just how much this quote influences the way I choose the people I keep in my life.

It’s easy to shrug off our words and actions as random or insignificant, but they’re not. Every now and then, someone from your past pops into your head, and right away, you can remember how they made you feel. You probably can’t recall most of your conversations with them, but you know, almost instantly, if they were someone good for you or not.

So, instead of stressing over what you might’ve said or done wrong today, ask yourself: Are you showing up in your relationships in a healthy, helpful way? Are you making people feel valued, supported, and loved?

It’s the small acts of kindness that stick—the little things that people will remember you for.

One Thing to Try This Week:

This week, decide how you want to make people feel—your partner, a friend, even the grocery clerk. Treat them in a way that leaves them feeling good after being around you. Go throughout your day with the intention of building a reputation as someone people are thankful for.

It's easier than you think, and we all know exactly how to do it!

Resource of the Week:

This week’s resource is for anyone who needs help organizing their to-do lists (guilty). Turns out, reminding myself to pay the hydro bill mid-workout and mentally planning dinner while remembering I left laundry in the wash three hours ago isn’t exactly an efficient system. Who knew?

App: Notion or Trello – Plan your week, organize your tasks, and keep your goals in sight.

See you next week :)
